How does it work? 

Emily’s exclusive 1:1 Intermittent Fasting Coaching Programs focus on three key elements to improve your health and promote weight loss.

During this eight-week program, you and Emily will take a deep dive into your relationship with food and your health history.

Emily will guide you through her Intermittent Fasting program. She believes in empowering you to take control of your health. Intermittent Fasting is a powerful tool that when implemented correctly can lead to weight loss and finally being in control of your hunger and food choices

No guesswork! You will be given specific recommendations on when to eat and what to eat based on your specific needs

Emily does ask that you keep a food log during the program. This allows her to see what you’re eating and when so that she can best help you reach your goals. 

Increasing your physical activity during the coaching program is essential for success. Don’t worry, Emily won’t be asking you to run a marathon or anything crazy like that! Find an activity you enjoy and start making it part of your weekly routine

You will have ongoing access and support from Emily throughout the coaching process. 

Emily offers two coaching options: VIP and REGULAR


  • When practicing Intermittent Fasting, you still need to make healthy choices during your eating window.
  • Emily will teach you exactly when and what to eat in order to meet your individual nutrition needs.
  • You will track your food intake during this time so that Emily can best serve you.
  • Prioritize protein intake to optimize weight loss and preserve lean muscle mass.
  • The goal is blood sugar balance to help regulate your hunger and energy levels.

  • Emily will be available via text or email for ongoing support and questions.
