How does Group Coaching work? 

  • Group coaching is similar to Emily’s 1:1 Coaching Program.
  • Instead of 1:1 meetings with Emily, you will be an integral part of a small group led by Emily.
  • Each Coaching Program lasts for eight weeks.
  • You will be in a group of no more than eight members.
  • Meetings are held via video chat. 
  • You will meet with Emily on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
  • Emily opens each meeting with a topic of discussion on Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss.
  • You will have an opportunity to ask questions and for specific support in an area you are struggling with. 

Why Group Coaching?
