How does Group Coaching work?
- Group coaching is similar to Emily’s 1:1 Coaching Program.
- Instead of 1:1 meetings with Emily, you will be an integral part of a small group led by Emily.
- Each Coaching Program lasts for eight weeks.
- You will be in a group of no more than eight members.
- Meetings are held via video chat.
- You will meet with Emily on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
- Emily opens each meeting with a topic of discussion on Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss.
- You will have an opportunity to ask questions and for specific support in an area you are struggling with.
